Use of This Website

Services & Booking

All photography services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.

Specific details regarding coverage time, deliverables, payment schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling are outlined in your individual client contract. In the event of a conflict, the signed contract will supersede these website Terms & Conditions.

Payments & Retainers

• A non-refundable retainer and signed contracts is required to reserve your date.
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
• Failure to submit payments on time may result in paused services or delayed gallery delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client-initiated cancellations or date changes are subject to the terms outlined in the signed contract. Retainers are non-refundable, as dates are removed from availability once booked.

If Cotter & Ivory Photography is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement or issue a refund as outlined in the contract.

Artistic Style & Creative Control

By booking Cotter & Ivory Photography, you acknowledge familiarity with our style and agree that final images reflect the photographer’s artistic vision, editing style, and professional judgment.

While specific shot requests are welcomed, no particular image or moment can be guaranteed.

Image Delivery & Usage

Galleries are delivered via a private, digital online gallery. Delivery timelines are outlined in your contract.

Cotter & Ivory Photography retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, publication, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may print and share images for personal use but may not sell, alter, or apply filters to images without permission.

Website Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, Cotter & Ivory Photography does not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current and reserves the right to update content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cotter & Ivory Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or photography services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid under the client’s contract.
