Do you travel?
Yes! We are based in Tennessee, but serve couples around the world. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How would you describe your photography style?
Our style is light, airy, and timeless. We focus on candid, storytelling imagery while also ensuring classic portraits are beautifully captured. The goal is to document your wedding day naturally while preserving the details and emotions that matter most.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes. Engagement sessions are highly encouraged and included in select collections. These sessions allow us to get to know each other before the wedding day and help couples feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera.
How many images will we receive?
The number of images varies depending on coverage length and events of the day. Every gallery includes a thoughtfully curated collection of fully edited, high-resolution images that tell the complete story of your wedding day.
When will we receive our photos?
Wedding galleries are delivered through a private, online gallery within the timeframe outlined in your contract. Engagement sessions are typically delivered sooner. You’ll be able to download, share, and order prints and albums directly from your gallery.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Absolutely! Timeline planning is a key part of the Cotter & Ivory experience. We work closely with couples (and planners, when applicable) to ensure the photography timeline allows for a smooth, stress-free day and thoughtful storytelling.
Do you offer albums & prints?
Yes! Heirloom albums, fine-art prints, and other keepsakes are available through your online gallery and are included in select collections. These options allow you to preserve your images in a tangible, lasting way.
How do we book with you?
To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and retainer are required. Once booked, you’ll receive a welcome guide and planning support to help you prepare for the next steps.
